When you tell
your class that there are “No Excuses” and one of the sacrosanct rules is all cell
phones need to be “off”, what do you do when your cell phone rings during
class?
Such happened
to me today. Now I am without a phone until class tomorrow.
Many students
said I could be forgiven and didn’t have to give up my phone. But rules are rules.
I don’t accept excuses.
